As a Study Abroad Counsellor, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding students through the exciting journey of studying in international institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized counselling to students seeking to study abroad, understanding their academic goals, interests, and aspirations.
• Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and destinations based on their profiles.
• Stay updated on various study abroad programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.
• Guide students through the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Conduct informative seminars and workshops to educate students about study abroad opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities and colleges to stay informed about their programs and admission criteria.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract potential students.
• Stay informed about trends and changes in the education and immigration sectors that could impact students’ study plans.
• Provide ongoing support to students and address any concerns or issues they may face before and after departure.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, International Relations, or a related field.
• Previous experience in education counselling, preferably in study abroad services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of various international education systems and study options.
• Knowledge of visa procedures and immigration regulations.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools.
• Passion for helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.
