Job Responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors, guests and employees into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
- Receive all incoming calls and forward outgoing calls.
- Receive letters, messages, and documents from time to time and hand over those to the concerned persons; tracking all inbound and outbound parcels and documents.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and prepared in a perfect manner.
- To maintain and update the Telephone directory of the organization.
- Maintain the schedules and ensure all appointments and meetings updates professionally.
- Analyze different official documents/reports and provide useful feedback to the Management in a very professional way.
- Maintain different types of registers kept at the front desk.
- Maintain inventory management & inventory register for stationary, cleaning & entertainment material.
- Ensure proper placement of all sorts of incoming documents to the Management & disbursement of the same to proper recipients.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

- Graduated from any discipline from any reputed public or private university.
